Identification of random force acting on a layered structure

The structural health monitoring is a very important technology for realizing sustainable society. Building structures are subjected to random vibrations from the surrounding environment such as wind, and it necessary identify external forces monitoring. In this study, we assumed case where force wind acts on layered structure, proposed identification method of force. power cross spectrums measured response frequency function structure previously identified. governing equations inverse problem, fact that spectrum real number conjugate relationship certain variables used reduce ill-posedness problem by reducing in advance. After constructing concrete procedure three-layered validity was verified numerical simulation. It shown acting could be identified with sufficient accuracy.
